I’ve been in the business for over 20 years. I was faced with the decision that forced me to quit my job as a paralegal. Since i was myself buying a house at that time, i fell in love with real estate. Even after I bought my house, I couldn’t stop looking at homes and open houses. So I decided to get my license and help people with the biggest investment of their life. I didn’t get much guidance from my realtor when I bought my house. My heart feels so happy when I’m making a difference in people’s lives. My passion for people grows stronger every year that I’m in the business. I work from my heart, this is not just another job for me. It really is a way of life. Coaching my clients sometimes and letting them know it’s not in their best interest to sell or buy shows them that I’m really looking out for them. I’m honest with them. 

Back in 2002, I used to be a paralegal, and was graduation from college with my business degree. I was working full time and going to school at night. My daughter was 4.5 years old and my son was 9 month.

After I graduated from college, we wanted to buy a house. At the time i was living in Millbrae in a 2 bedroom apartment, we needed more space. So we decided to look in Antioch as we can afford more house there.

We found a realtor who lived in san mateo and was going to help us find a house in antioch. It was one of the worst experiences ever, she should’ve referred us to someone who lives in antioch where we were moving… so during the process, I feel in love with real estate..actually i couldn’t stop looking at house so i ordered my class and studied at home after I quit my paralegal job.

I wanted to provide first time buyers with the tools they need and educate them about everything that has to do with buying a home. So when I go my license in 2002, I started my journey to make that passion come true. After I’ve been selling for 18 years, for a brokerage,

I decided to start my own team, Lighthouse properties was born out of my love for God and how he uses me to help and guide others home. His light shines so bright to those who love Him..he guided me home and I wanted to do the same for others..Home buyers and sellers are people..human beings..God’s creation. They’re not dollar signs walking around like most other agents think. We build the relationship first regardless of where they’re at in the process. When there’s a relationship, there’s trust.
